As an organization, our main goal is Community & Equity Centered Strategy Program Development. Please see below for more details on areas Inclusive Design Group offers to achieve this overall goal.
Landscape & Data Analysis
We pull labor market data, conduct focus groups and interviews, and converse with stakeholders to provide information to inform program development from both a supply and demand perspective in order to develop programs that work for communities.
Career Pathway Program Development
We work with organizations and initiatives to develop strategic plans toward equitable, community-informed outcomes.
Facilitation & Professional Development
Inclusive Design Group is a community-centered organization and we work with other organizations to center themselves in their communities as well. We facilitate communities of practice on behalf of organizations and lead professional development towards greater inclusion, equity, and belonging.
Strategic Planning
We work with education institutions, state systems, and employers to build supportive career pathway programs towards in-demand living wage careers.
Sustainable Funding Plan Development
We build strategic funding plans for organizations and programs who are looking to utilize state and federal funding sources to increase the sustainability of their programs.
Community-Centered Convening
Inclusive Design Groups convenes affinity groups to support community engagement and drive systems change informed by the people who they aim to serve. For example, we hold monthly Women of Color Co-Working groups.
“I have worked with Inclusive Design Group on two major projects. First, they were the strategic thought partners and project managers for the development and piloting of an innovative career pathway project in the healthcare sector. They were outstanding at managing the effective communication and accomplishment of deliverables for a complex set of stakeholders across high schools, higher education, and hospitals. In this project, the team was extremely well-researched, offering high level suggestions and support throughout the project that created a positive and effective process for all involved!
Inclusive Design Group also led the strategic planning process for the Career Readiness area of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). They brought amazing focus and energy to all phases of this process and helped set the vision and direction for this new area of work in NACE’s ecosystem. I was lucky to have them as leaders and partners as we create audacious goals for the organization’s future.”
