Who Is Inclusive Design Group?
Inclusive Design Group’s Founder and Principal Consultant, Kelly Mitchell, has specific expertise in public education, education to workforce programming, organizational strategy, and community and equity-centered pathways.
On our team, we also have a Data and Operations Consultant and a Program Assistant who will contribute to the success and deliverables of this project. Inclusive Design Group also has a network of experts we work with to ensure projects have the best and most current knowledge in their respective fields. These experts have expertise in workforce development, the social determinants of health, education, public health, policy, philanthropy and more. We engage with these experts throughout our project processes and partner on projects as appropriate to ensure results that are human-centered and eliminate the silos that exist between our national and local systems.
Combined, we have over 30 years of experience in the following areas: project management, strategy, facilitation, data analysis, community engagement planning, policy, and program development support.

Founder, Principal Consultant
Kelly Mitchell is an Equity-Focused Education to Workforce Pathways Consultant and the founder of Inclusive Design Group. Kelly is a collaborative, creative, analytical, and proactive professional with 10+ years of experience initiating and delivering sustained results and effective change through project management and data utilization.
Kelly works to support the development of industry led work-based learning programs in schools and helps cultivate education and industry partnerships. Kelly’s strength lies in helping others think about what’s possible and then working to make this vision a reality through implementation.
Chris Mitchell
Data & Operations Consultant
Chris Mitchell is a consultant with an engineering background. From 16+ years of experience working in industry, Chris understands a wide spectrum of challenges and solutions. He is a meticulous, detail-oriented, and logical thinker that never loses sight of the big picture.
Chris strives to parlay his expertise into positive impacts for the community. His advanced skill set and mindful approach add depth and breadth to any project.
Chris is an avid sports fan, automotive enthusiast, music aficionado, traveler, husband, and father.
